Your Patient Adviser can give you specific information on your treatment plan but this is a general guide to our Terms and Conditions.
We respectfully request that fees are payable before or on the day of treatment. We regret that treatment will only be given to patients with up to date accounts.
As clinical time has been reserved exclusively for you, we may require a deposit. If you need to change the appointment, we require at least 2 working days notice (for more complex cases there maybe longer notice required please – see full terms and conditions of your treatment plan). A deposit will not be refunded without the required notice.
Patients who are not registered as regular dental patients with a dentist will be required to pay the full fee of an emergency dental appointment prior to seeing the dentist.
Failure to attend an appointment may result in being charged at £20 per fifteen minutes of an appointment of part of 15 minutes.
Treatment plans are estimates and we will endeavour to inform you should the charges change once the treatment plan has started. Additional procedures will be carried out if essential and in the best interest of the patient.
Estimates are valid for four months from the date of the treatment plan.
For your convenience we accept cash, cheques with a valid guarantee card, debit cards and credit cards (excluding American Express). We are also able to arrange interest free credit for many treatments – please ask a Patient Advisor for details.
Please refer to your clinician or a Patient Advisor for full terms and conditions of business.
